Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive, who will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with clients and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Maintaining client communication by offering support.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with ERP software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
